- Who manages the VPS?
- PureVPS handles the server — provisioning, OS patches, uptime, and billing for the box itself. PrivateRouter handles the AI inference API your agent talks to. Two companies, one stack.
- Can I bring my own VPS?
- Yes. The PrivateRouter API is OpenAI-compatible — point any /v1 client at our endpoint with your API key and you're done. The hosted VPS plans here are a convenience, not a requirement.
- What's included with each plan?
- A base Linux OS, the agent's runtime preinstalled and configured, and PrivateRouter API credentials pre-wired. Some plans also bundle a small amount of API credits each month — see the individual plan pages.
- Refund policy?
- Refunds for the VPS itself are handled by PureVPS according to their terms of service. PrivateRouter credits bundled with the plan follow PrivateRouter's standard refund policy.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. All plans are monthly subscriptions billed by PureVPS. Cancel from your PureVPS dashboard — no lock-in, no minimum term.
